PURPOSE: A local network node planning estimation management apparatus and the method are provided to estimate and manage various actual applicable proposals totally. CONSTITUTION: A local network node planning estimation management apparatus is composed of an estimation management frame generation part(51), an estimation management part(52) and a proposal estimation result storage part(53). The estimation management frame generation part(51) generates an individual estimation part(521) and an integral estimation part(522) which carry out actual estimation management with various basic information necessary for estimation management from a local network node planning system. The estimation management part(52) is composed of the individual estimation part(521), the integral estimation part(522) and an estimation situation display part(523). The estimation situation display part(523) displays work form and work situation, selected at the individual estimation part(521) and the integral estimation part(522).
