SOLID CLOSET-STOOL CLEANSER COMPOSITION FOR REMOVING UNPLEASANT ODOR

PURPOSE: A solid closet-stool cleanser composition is provided, to remove the unpleasant odor due to ammonia and organic mercaptanes. CONSTITUTION: A composition comprises 0.1-10 wt%, preferably 2-7 wt% of glyoxal represented by the formula 1; 0.01-10 wt%, preferably 1-5 wt% of citric acid represented by the formula 3; 10-40 wt% of an alcohol-based nonionic surfactant as a cleansing component; 5-15 wt% of polyoxyethylene glycol derivatives as a dissolution controlling agent; 2-15 wt% of a blue dye; and 0.3-5 wt% of a pine oil. Preferably the alcohol-based nonionic surfactant is lauryl or cetyl alcohol based nonionic surfactant.
