PURPOSE: A cover for protecting a conveyor belt is provided to make easy repair and replacement of a belt cover, to prevent corrosion of a belt cover due to salt and to easily confirm the transfer state of the raw material transferred via a conveyor belt with naked eyes. CONSTITUTION: A belt cover(50) is settled to prevent pollution and loss of material on the upper part of a conveyor belt transferring raw materials such as iron ore via a transfer roller and a guide roller. Cover clamps are installed on both sides of the belt cover and the belt cover is fixed on the belt conveyor. The semispherical belt cover is formed of polycarbonate and the transfer state of the raw material transferred via the conveyor belt is confirmed with naked eyes. The belt cover is installed to cover a rubber(90) by interposing a steel member(80) to fix and support the belt cover in the both end parts and the outer side face of a connecting part. Silicon(100) is filled in the upper part of the steel member in the rubber whereon the belt cover is supported and then hardened. The steel member is combined to the belt cover by the silicon. Thereby, the displacement of the belt cover is prevented by cocking performance of the steel member.
