PURPOSE: A H-clip(1) is provided to improve generalized way of joining bars which requires lots of money and manpower. CONSTITUTION: Setting a H-clip(1) comprises steps of; cutting steel plate in the shape of "H"by a press and bending in the shape of "crescent" by a mold; setting a H-clip(1) in an upper press-mold(5) and pressing a H-clip(1) into the position where two wires(3,3') intersected each other, thereby making short work of joining bars in large quantities and saving lots of working time and cost.
