PURPOSE: A goods sales system using a call function on the internet and the goods sales method thereby are provided to achieve the activation and development of electronic commerce by carrying out goods transaction based on reliance between purchasers and suppliers. CONSTITUTION: A goods supplier server(110) and multiple customer terminals(130a-130b) a reconnected to a common network(100). The goods supplier server(110), comprising a goods DB(110a), a customer DB(110b), a contractor DB(110c) and a communication supporting server(112), provides a variety of information for goods to customers accessing through the common network(100) in real-time. The communication supporting server(112) supports consultation using character or image communication through the common network(100). A digital signature server(120) containing a digital signature code database(120a) confirms the authentication of digital signatures used when customers connected to the goods supplier server(110) contract for purchasing goods.
