PURPOSE: A train controlling system is provided to safely operate a train by using a signal device, first and second position information boxes. CONSTITUTION: A signal device(3) provides a train with the information when a rail(1) is damaged. A first position information box(4) is connected to the signal device(3), and receives information about the position of the train and rail and transfers the information to the train. A second position information box(5) is installed at a position which is separated from the signal device(3), and sends the position information. A ground device comprises a ground antenna(6) and a communication cable(7). A train device(30) is installed in the train transmits and receives the information about the position of the train and the rail.
