TRIPLE TUBE, DEVICE FOR PRODUCING TRIPLE TUBE AND METHOD THEREOF

PURPOSE: A drainpipe is provided to have a strong pressure resistance and hardness by producing a triple tube formed an outer skin and an inner skin by a PE material and formed a middle layer between the outer skin and the inner skin by a thick synthetic resin. CONSTITUTION: An inner skin(2) ventilated from a nozzle(11) is rotated via a roller(21) of winder(20) and a part of one side is rolled by overlapping each other. When the inner skin(2) is rolled on the winder(20), a middle layer(3) ventilated from the nozzle(13) is rolled thereon by overlapping one side each other. When the rotation of middle layer(3) is finished, an outside of middle layer(3) is flattened by compressing the overlapped part of middle layer(3) inward with a roller(30). The overlapped part of outer skin(4) is rolled by crossing each other with the overlapped part of middle layer(3). The outer skin(4) ventilated from the nozzle(12) is cooled with a cooling device by thermally fusing during rotating in the outside of middle layer(3) without cooled yet. When the rotation of outer skin(4) is finished, a final cooling is performed to form a final sectional form of triple tube(1) by compressing rollers(31)(32) in the overlapped part of outer skin(4).
