PURPOSE: A multifunctional additive for preparing a fiber emlusion and process for producing thereof are provided which has excellent swellability, contaminant resistance and durability. CONSTITUTION: A multifunctional additive for preparing a fiber emlusion has repeating unit of formula(I); wherein, A is an urea group or an urethane group, Y is an ethylene oxide additive, Z is a methyl or a benzene ring of 3-10 of carbon atom, and n is an integer of 0-10. The multifunctional additive for preparing a fiber emlusion is prepared by bulk polymerizing a modified silicone oil of formula(II) and isocyanate compound of formula(III) and adding a bisulfurous acid salt solution in the polymer to blend the mixture. The isocyanate compound is an aliphatic polyisocyanate or an aromatic polyisocyanate. The viscosity of modified silicone oil is 10-200cps.
