PURPOSE: A polyester film is provided which has improved printing properties, usefully as printing paper, drawing paper. CONSTITUTION: A polyester film is produced by the following steps: preparing a master chip comprising a polyester resin having an intrinsic viscosity of 0.6-1.0 dl/g, 1-20 pts.wt. (based on the polyester resin) of circular inorganic micro particles having a particle size of 1-10 micrometer such as a silica, a titanium dioxide, a barium sulfide, and a calcium carbonate, 1-5 pts.wt. (based on the polyester film) of a titanium chelate compound (formula 1) in a compound wherein a first entrance temperature is 210-250°C, a final exit temperature is 250-290°C, and a discharged resin temperature is 255-300°C; mixing the master chip and the polyester resin having the same intrinsic viscosity; extruding, stretching and coating the mixed resin with a polymer aqueous solution containing 1-5 wt% of a polyester resin with a sulfonate, 0.1-1.0 wt% of a polyurethane resin. The thickness of the film will be 0.1-3 g/m2. In the formula, X is an alkyl of 1-3, R is a chelate compound containing an amine, an acetoacetyl.
