PURPOSE: A bio-feedback method and apparatus is provided to automatically correct variance of initial value for each individual during the measuring of galvanic skin response(GSR) and skin temperature. CONSTITUTION: An apparatus comprises a sensor unit(320) for sensing a psycho-physiological response element of individual, a micro processor unit(328) connected to the sensor unit and which processes signal in response to the psycho-physiological response sensed by the sensor unit, and a variance correction unit connected to the sensor unit and the micro processor unit and which automatically corrects variance of initial value of the psycho-physiological response element sensed by the sensor unit for each individual, the variance correction unit being arranged to sense a change in absolute value with respect to the direction of change and value of change after the correction.
