PURPOSE: A plug socket with saving power capability is provided to turn off the power supply without plugging out the plug from the plug socket for saving power. CONSTITUTION: A plug socket with saving power capability includes a stationary assembly(20). The stationary assembly includes a cover(10) and a terminal(21). A plug terminal connection(22) is separated by one of the terminals of the stationary assembly without discriminating plus and minus polarities. The terminal separated connects to a switch(30) by way of wires. The plug connector(11) of the cover(10) is separated from other plug connectors. The plug connectors are further in different colors for easy discrimination.
