PURPOSE: A water saving typed tap is provided to prevent a water hammer inside a pipe laying by designing to slowly close when water as a user's needed amount and to minimize a unnecessary waste of water when the tap is installed in a public place. CONSTITUTION: A user pushes a pushing button(9) and a pushing rod(8) is elastically fallen during compressing a spring(12). A lower part of the pushing rod(8) is fallen during pushing a valve poppet(3). The valve poppet(3) opens a valve sheet(2-1) during falling elastically. When an outer force to push the pushing button(9) is removed during water is drained through a draining tap(6) by opening the valve sheet(2-1) by the pushing of the pushing button(9), a moving disc and the pushing rod(8) are lifted by the elasticity of the compressing spring(12). A falling fluid ball is sent an upper fluid of the moving disc toward a lower part of the moving disc little by little. The moving disc is lifted slowly and a lifting of the valve poppet(3) is proceeded slowly. Thereby a supply of water is continuously performed through the valve sheet(2-1).
