PURPOSE: A total managing program for a membership exchange is for managing business, membership, tendency, and accounting of the membership exchange systematically, and efficiently. With the program, the efficiency of the all business of the membership exchange increases, and service for the customers improves. CONSTITUTION: A total managing program for a membership exchange manages a membership database(DB), a transaction DB, an order DB, and a counsel DB as well as the membership. The daily tendency is taken from the internet in real time, and stored in the DB automatically. After the transaction is registered, the transaction data are used to take many statistics by selling, buying, golf, date, and enterprise. After the transaction, daily, monthly, and yearly settlements of accounts can be viewed. If each document is made out by a word, all documents are linked by each item. An associate member is converted to a regular member easily.
