PURPOSE: An advertising method using files having functions for preventing from edit and delete and the system for the same is provided so that a new program method for inserting advertisements can be provided and edit and delete about any one of the information files and advertisements and headers can be prevented in advance by modifying structures of files such as a music, a movie,a music video, and a game etc. to media files and certain programs, and making the modified files circulate, thereby consumers capable of receiving the modified files for nothing. CONSTITUTION: An advertising method using files having functions for preventing from edit and delete and the system for the same includes a database(1) for various types information files such as music sources, music videos, movies, and game programs etc. A database(2) for various types advertisements inputted by advertisers and users stores and includes various information files and advertised files selected by a manager and a user. A manager of a web server(3) reads selectively the various information files and advertisement files selected by the user or the manager and modifies a part or whole of the information file into a file, which is for preventing from the edit and delete of the files. A communication device(9) connects the manager of the web server(3) with the user(10) by internet or a general telecommunication network and a computer application media. The user receives the various information files including advertisements by the communication device (9) and before executing when a part or whole of the corresponding information files are edited and deleted, cut off the execution of the corresponding files.
