PURPOSE: A life hat for vehicle is provided to carry out as proxy a function of an air bag with a cheaper cost and to have a protecting function of a head and a life at an accident. CONSTITUTION: A safety belt of hat within 1cm formed by a strong and thin material is installed inside a hat. The belt is connected in a steel frame installed in a head port of a driver and an assistant seat. The belt is a length without an inconvenient to move the head and is short without bumping in a window or a steering handle through a shock is received at the accident. The head portion of seat and the hat are connected.
