PURPOSE: A voice information dispenser using the wired and wireless dedicated telecommunication network is provided to acquire a variety of information through a voice information dispenser to overcome the limitation of location and to get free from a load of charges. CONSTITUTION: A comprehensive processing system(2) stores and regenerates a variety of voice information, controls each voice information dispenser(1). The comprehensive processing system(2) executes functions to transmit and manage information provided from the voice information dispenser(1). The voice information dispenser(1) comprises an exclusive line simulator to carry out on/off function and a coin or card inserting slot to insert a coin or a card for service charges.
