PURPOSE: A device is provided to transport a heavy material while rotating toward a desired direction. CONSTITUTION: Grooves are formed on a rectangular plate for installing steel balls. A linear groove is formed in the plate for injecting lubricant. Herein, the grooves are connected with the linear groove. Then, the steel balls are installed on the grooves not to be replaced.
