PURPOSE: A call service of a switching system is provided to answer a phone in a different place by displaying a call message on a message displayer installed in a public site upon judging that a user is in absence when called. CONSTITUTION: It is judged whether a user is in absence when called, In case that it is judged that the user is in absence, a call message is transferred to a message displayer(140) installed in a public site. It is judged whether there is a pull-in answer request for the call message. In case that there is a pull-in answer request, the corresponding call is connected to the phone having the pull-in answer request and the call message displayed on the message displayer(140) is deleted.
