PURPOSE: A wheelchair handle structure is provided, which can change direction of the handle easily while driving by an assistant, makes the assistant move the wheelchair possible by adding proper supplementary power, and can be stored simply. CONSTITUTION: A wheelchair handle where a rotation support means is interposed, is installed to end parts of extended parts extended each from a couple of frame materials forming a wheelchair frame to be rotated in a 90-degree arc for traveling direction of the wheelchair. The rotation support means(20) includes a handle connecting material(21) with a rotation axis(21a) where the handle(10) is fit into to be rotatory, a slider(22) mobile installed within the handle by a groove having a bigger diameter than the rotation axis, having a stopper(22b) one side of the handle inside and one part projected toward outside of the handle, cam grooves(23) forming 90 degree arc to the handle connecting material to receive the stopper movably and a sill to hold the stopper, and a spring(24) making the stopper be caught in the sill, when the handle is rotating, by supporting elastically the slider toward upper direction by being inserted inside a lower part of the slider of the handle.
