CYCLONE APPARATUS FOR FACILITATING COMPLETE COMBUSTION IN A BURNER

PURPOSE: A cyclone apparatus for facilitating complete combustion in a burner is provided to maximize the efficiency of combustion by minimizing harmful gas components causing air pollution resulted from incomplete combustion in any heat instruments using burner. CONSTITUTION: A cyclone apparatus for facilitating complete combustion in a burner is mounted on horizontally front side of flame extruding direction from burner. The flame flows into the apparatus and swirls. As a result, since the components of fuel not yet combusted (such as HC) or incompletely combusted components (such as CO) allows to swirl in the cyclone apparatus, duration time for combustion may be long enough to combust such components completely. Also, heat combustion gas is exhausted from the cyclone apparatus with swirling. Consequently, the efficiency of combustion may be increased to reduce the consumption of fuel and harmful exhaustion gas, so that air pollution may be reduced.
