PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a simplified table which is easy to carry and to house and order and is optimum to use outdoor or in a small room indoor and whose height can be adjusted according to handleability by the table itself. SOLUTION: The table is provided with leg bodies 1 formed of a pair of leg members 10 formed by respectively connecting an upper horizontal material 11 and a lower horizontal material 12 via an X-shaped connecting material 13 so that an interval between them can be adjusted to several steps from the state of nearly contacting with each other to the state of being away from each other to maximum. Then, the table is formed of a top plate member 2 which can be place-fixed onto the materials 11 of the bodies 1 and formed of plural strip plates 21 in order to detach and wind up from the material 11.
