PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell generator capable of judging replacement timing of reforming catalyst by instantaneously and continuously diagnose deterioration of a reformer, a deterioration diagnosing method and computer-readable recording media with a deterioration diagnosing program recorded therein. SOLUTION: This fuel cell generator has a means 6 of measuring an inlet temperature of crude fuel gas reformer to measure the inlet temperature of the reformer for crude fuel gas 1 containing city gas 4 and vapor for reforming 31 and a means 5 of diagnosing deterioration to diagnose the deteriorated condition of the reformer by referring the inlet temperature of the reformer for crude fuel gas detected by the means 6 of measuring the inlet temperature of the crude fuel gas by receiving a temperature detecting signal from the means 6 of measuring the inlet temperature of the reformer for crude fuel gas to a relation between a predetermined inlet temperature of the reformer for crude fuel gas and an amount of deteriorated reforming catalyst of the reformer 8.
