PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To exchange negotiation and user data, without influencing existent communication environment by providing a first communication means for exchanging information concerning a communication standard and a second communication means transmitting or receiving user information. SOLUTION: User data such as a user ID, a password are communicated (exchanged) between the user data receiving part 60 and the transmitting part 62 of a central station system 2 and the user data receiving part 64 and the transmitting part 58 of a remote system 4. Negotiation data (control information, etc.), concerning the conditions of a communication line (frequency characteristic, noise characteristic, presence/absence of a splitter, etc.), are exchanged between the negotiation data receiving part 52 and the transmitting part 54 of the system 2 and the negotiation data receiving part 56 and the transmitting part 50 of the system 4. These negotiation communication and user communication are simultaneously (in parallel) executed by using different frequency bands. |
