PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain the optical head device which never causes a shift of projection light due to a position shift of a prism even with high shaping magnification. SOLUTION: First and second shaping prisms 1 and 2 both have a beam shaping function. The shaping prisms 1 and 2 are put in partial charge of the shaping magnification, so the angles of incidence on the shaping prisms 1 and 2 are prevented from increasing. Consequently, beam light can be shaped with high magnification and the position shift of projection light due to the arrangement deviation of the prism is reducible. |
