PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air bag device capable of effectively absorbing an impact thereon by ensuring a large stroke for absorbing the impact from a door surface. SOLUTION: An opening hole 26 is provided on a door mounting wall 22 protruded on a case 12 side from the back surface of a door 18, and a hook part 36 for hooking the door mounting wall 22 to a side surface of the case 12 is inserted in the opening hole 26. The opening hole 26 is extended from an insertion position of the hook part 36 to a base side of the door mounting wall 22 so as to absorb an impact S from the door 18 surface.
