PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a magnetic shield type speaker with simple constitution and a speaker which increases the magnetic force (magnetic flux) of a magnetic gap driving a diaphragm. SOLUTION: This speaker has a pot-type yoke 20, a magnet 21 arranged on the bottom part 20a of the pot-type yoke 20, a yoke 22 which is arranged on the magnet 21 and molded integrally of a center pole 22a and a flange 22b, a ring-like magnet 23 which is magnetized in the reverse direction to the magnet 21 arranged on the flange 22b of the yoke 22 and a plate 24 which forms the magnetic gap 25 between the inner peripheral surface of the plate 24 and the outer peripheral surface of the center pole 22a on the ring-like magnet 23 and is so arranged that the outer peripheral edge part abuts against an outer peripheral part on the upper end part of the pot-type yoke 20. The diaphragm 6 is driven by the magnetic gap 25.
