PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To quickly apply oblique filtering to an image. SOLUTION: The storage values of plural line memories in an input serial access memory(SAM) part 22 consisting of a memory cell group to be functioned as plural line memories for storing pixel data constituting an image in each line are shifted by the prescribed number of pixels, transferred to the line memory of a succeeding stage (lower stage) and stared in the line memory. An arithmetic logic unit(ALU) array part 24 executes product sum operation between taps to be the storage values of identical column parts of plural line memories and a prescribed tap coefficient to execute oblique filtering for the image. |
