PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the density variability of a molten resin in storage as soon as possible through a measuring procedure by continuing the pressure control of a screw even when the revolution of the screw is suspended or at the end of a measuring process close to the suspension and ending the pressure control when the transfer of the screw in the axial direction is stopped or is close to the stoppage. SOLUTION: Control parameters for a measuring process are set at a storage part 12a for setting the number of screw revolutions and a storage part 12b for setting resin pressure parameters, and a screw 2 is driven to rotate from a measurement initiating position with the help of a feedback control part 13a for the number of screw revolutions. Next the resin pressure value of a load cell 10 which becomes higher by a molten resin sent to the tip side following the revolution of the screw 2, is controlled in such a manner that the resin pressure value coincides with a set value. The pressure control of the resin is continued even when the revolution of the screw 2 is stopped at a position for the screw 2 in which a single shot amount of the resin is stored or at the end of a measuring process close to the stoppage, and the pressure feedback control is stopped when the transfer in the axial direction of the screw 2 is stopped or it is close to the stoppage. Thus it is possible to reduce the density variability of the molten resin measured and stored as soon as possible. |
