PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the mis-clamp of a disk and to speed up a series of operation by providing a driving source used in common for a tray having a 1st gear and a clamp mechanism having a 2nd gear and also providing a link mechanism receiving the moving force of one gear out of the 1st gear and 2nd gear and making to move another one. SOLUTION: The tray 23 is moved through a rack gear 28 engaged with a pinion gear 40. When it is moved to just before the loading position, a slide part 52 is slightly moved through a cam part 55, and a rack gear 54 of the slide part 52 is engaged with the pinion gear 40. At this time, the pinion gear 40 is positioned at a retreating part 28a of the rack gear 28, then the rack gear 28 and the pinion gear 40 are disengaged. When the slide part 52 is moved, a restraining part 60 is displaced to push up a pickup base 8 upward. By this operation, a turntable 11 is abutted on the center part of the disk just before a main body 2 of the pickup comes up to the uppermost position, then the disk is pushed upward. |
