PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To connect a plurality of electric wires without making a wire harness diameter larger than a necessary degree. SOLUTION: An insulation cover of an intermediate portion of an electric wire w10 is displaced to expose a core wire s10 and insulation covers of terminal of other electric wires w11, w12, w13, w14 connected to the electric wire w10 are displaced to expose core wires s11, s12, s13, s14. The core wires s10, s11,... exposed of the electric wires w10, w11,... are superposed and welded to connect the core wires each other. A protection tape 12 is wound on the core wire portion welded.
