PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent sensitivity drop and deterioration of the changed potential by incorporating a specific charge generating material, a hole carrier material and a thiapyrylium salt compound. SOLUTION: A photosensitive layer is formed by laminating a charge carrier layer for carrying positive hole(CTL) and a charge generating layer(CGL) in this order on a conductive support body. At least the charge generating material(CGM) expressed by formula I or the like, the positive hole carrier material (p-CTM) expressed by formula II and the thiapyrylium salt compound expressed by formula III are incorporated in the charge generating layer(CGL). In formula II, R represents halogen atom, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group; each of R1 and R2 represents hydrogen atom or a (substituted) aryl group; each or (l), (m) and (n) represents integers of 0-5. In formula III, each of R3 and R4 represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or an alkoxy group; each of R5 and R6 represents hydrogen atom, an alkyl group or halogen atom; X represents ClO4 or BF4; each of (p) and (q) represents integers of <=5.
