PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a rotator by which reliability of a tested product can be enhanced by a method wherein a drive means, a transfer member and a carrier are held or released by a loading-side rotator, the transfer member is pulled into or pulled out with reference to a rotating plate and an unloading-side rotator is provided with a rotating plate, a drive means and a holding means. SOLUTION: A pickup means 7 sequentially holds a module IC so as to be filled into a carrier 3 in a loading position 6. The module IC is sent to a loading-side rotator 8 by a transfer means 9, and the carrier 3 is turned at right angles. A heating chamber 10 heats the module IC to a test temperature, and the module IC is pressed to a test site 11 so as to be tested during the set time. After its test is completed, an unloading-side rotator 12 turns the carrier 3 at right angles, and the carrier 3 is sent to an unloading position 13 by a transfer means 14. A pickup means 15 holds the module IC according to the test result so as to be placed inside a customer's tray. After its test is finished, a transfer means 16 sends an empty cariier 3 to the loading position 6.
