摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make accelerative evaluation by chemiluminescence by providing an accelerative forced deteriorating means in the front stage of a chemiluminescence detecting means, and immediately feeding as forcefully deteriorated petroleum product to the detecting means with a liquid feeding means. SOLUTION: This evaluating device of the deterioration of a petroleum product, such as the oxidation deterioration of a lubricant, is provided with a chemiluminescence detection section 1, and a forced deterioration section 2 forcefully deteriorating the petroleum product and a liquid feed section 4. The detection section 1 is not particularly limited, as long as it can detect luminescence which occurs, when various chemical species including the oxygen generated during the process of oxidation deterioration of hydrocarbon transition from the excitated state to the ground state. A continuous oxidation deterioration device, using a copper wire as a catalyst for electric insulating oil and having a heater, is used of the forced deterioration section 2, for example. By maintaining the forced deterioration section 2, a pipe 3 and the detection section 1 at the same temperature, excited molecules can be fed to the detection section 1 in the excited state as is. A structure which transmits an adsorbent and detects and evaluates chemiluminescence before and after deterioration can also be formed.
