PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase a blowing rate of a fan and perform silencing without enlarging an outer form of a motor by thinning a rotor and widening an air take-in area. SOLUTION: A rotor 1 is thinned, while a blade 4 whose height each is more than the thickness of the rotor 1 are plurally embedded. The rotor 1 is rotatably attached to a shaft 7 of a motor 2, while a fan part is housed in a casing 3. Air flows into the casing 3, not only from an upper portion of the blade 4, but also from an upper side surface of a root of the blade 4 through an air take-in recession 1a. It is thus possible to widen an air take-in area, and increase a blowing rate without enlarging an outer form of the motor, thereby attributes to silencing.
