PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To recognize whether a system precisely corresponds to a monitoring line or a monitoring area by sequentially outputting sound warning messages which are previously registered when a sound warning message monitor output switch is operated. SOLUTION: A fire receiver 1 is installed in a manager room and a concentrated monitoring room, monitoring lines Ls to which fire sensors S and fire originators P are connected are derived. And also, district sound lines Lsp to which plural district sound device SP2 are connected are derived. The signal processing part of the fire receiver 1 controls respective parts, and an emitting signal reception part 11 receives an emitting signal through the monitoring line Ls. A sound warning output part 15 outputs a sound warning message from the district sound devices SP2. When a sound warning message monitor output stitch 12A is operated, a system shifts from a regular mode to a sound warning message monitor mode, and the sound warning message registered in a storage part 16 can be recognized.
