PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To install an in-car table apparatus having a simple structure without limitation of an installation location within an automobile and without impairing an appearance, and prevent the table from accidentally moving to the position for use. SOLUTION: A table 48 is accommodated in a vertically movable manner in an accommodating case 23 having an opening 24 at its upper end. With the table 48 being drawn upward from the opening 24 of the accommodating case 23, the table 48 can be pivoted to a horizontal position for use. With the table 48 being pivoted to the position for use, the table 48 is held by a holding portion 39 and a holding arm 55 that are provided on the accommodating case 23.
