PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the temperature of an outlet air from decreasing even when the amount of waste heat from an engine remains small during such a time as idling. SOLUTION: When the amount of waste heat from an engine 200 becomes lower than a predetermined level of quantity of heat (a predetermined engine coolant temperature), at least either one of a first and a second pump 131, 132 is stopped to reduce the amount of the waste heat consumed by an adsorption type refrigerator 100. This obtains a quantity of heat required for heating an outlet air by a heater core 450. As a result, the temperature of the outlet air can be prevented from decreasing even when the amount of the waste heat from the engine remains small during such time as idling.
