PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the outflow of bathtub water at a time of maintenance and inspection of a filter tank or at the time of the replenishment of salt. SOLUTION: The downstream end part of a bypass passage 4 is connected to the throttle part 7a in the vicinity of the emitting port 7 to the bathtub 6 of a circulating water channel 1 to suck the bathtub water flowing through the bypass passage 4 by the ejector effect caused by the stream of the bathtub water flowing through the circulating water channel 1. Manual on-off valves 8, 9 are respectively provided on the upstream side of the circulating pump 2 of the circulating water channel 1 and the downstream side of a heater 3. A check valve 10 allowing bathtub water to flow only from the side of a filter tank 5 to a downstream side and preventing the bathtub water from reversely flowing from the downstream side to the filter tank 5 is provided to the bypass passage 4 on the downstream side of the filter tank 5.
