PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily move a device to an arbitrary place, easily set it to an arbitrary form so that the total length is lengthened with a couple of rest stands and a width for folding to sit is widely adjusted, and utilize it for awning and a shade. SOLUTION: A rest stand main bodies 1a, 1b are so constituted that casters 5 are attached on leg parts 4 of frames 3 formed in a cube shape with wood, etc., and mats 7 are detachably built into stool parts 6 of upper surfaces of the frames 3. Moreover, posts 8a, 8b are arranged on side edge parts opposed with each other of the stool parts 6 of the frames 3 in a standing condition, and roof parts 9 for covering the stool parts 6 are provided on upper ends of the posts 8a, 8b.
