PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a composite rubber-containing graft copolymer particle comprising an acrylic rubber having highly modifying effect on impact resistance and a silicone rubber and a thermoplastic resin composition having excellent impact resistance/weather resistance/processability. SOLUTION: This composite rubber-containing graft copolymer particle is obtained by subjecting a vinyl-based monomer to graft polymerization onto (C) a composite rubber particle composed of (A) an acrylic rubber and (B) a silicone rubber in which 2-50 wt.% of 100 wt.% of the whole constituent monomer units forming (A) the acrylic rubber is a unit derived from an acrylic acid alkyl ester monomer containing an 8-12C alkyl group. This thermoplastic resin composition comprises the graft copolymer particle.
