PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pump for water sampling which is easy to operate at the time of water sampling. SOLUTION: This device is provided with a piston part 22 traveling inside a cylinder part 21 including a water sucking nozzle part 21b at the front end closed part 21a. In this piston part 22, a gripping part 22b extending from a head 22a disposes two stopper rods 25a, 25b having such a size as to be insertable into the cylinder part at the non-oscillating position on both sides of the plate 23 mounted in a standing manner at the rear end side of the head 22a. A stage part 26 is formed on the outer side of the front end, that is, on the head side of the respective stopper rods for forming stopper sides 26a, 26b, and supporting point parts 28a, 28b brought into contact with a plate surface are formed at the inner side facing the front side of the plate and at the point near the front end part rather than the rear end part so that the front end part of the stopper rod can float up from the plate when the rear end part of the stopper rod is pressed in the direction of the plate 23. It is thus possible for the stopper rods to oscillate.
