PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a gommage cosmetic composition that can remove both of skin dirt and stratified old horny layer without damage to skin by constituting the cosmetic composition with a non-sticking aqueous solution that has specific properties and contains coating resins. SOLUTION: This gommage cosmetic composition is constituted with a coating resin-containing, non-sticking aqueous solution that has specific properties that the resin components precipitate as if rubber eraser dust, when the aqueous resin solution is applied to skin and then the coated layer is rubbed repeatedly so that it may be rubbed and extended. Gommage means the deed that a creamy or milky cosmetic is applied to face and the coated cosmetic is rubbed off from the face by massaging. This composition converts itself to eraser dust-like solid, when the face skin is massaged, and the dust-like solid includes skin dirt such as sebaceous matters and old horny substance, and the skin dirt and the old horny substance are thereby efficiently and effectively removed. A thermoplastic resin and the like are preferably used as the coating resin.
