PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide, for a wide and standard length film suitably shaped for green house use, a simple film packing and binding machine which requires less workers and improves work environment and production stability by semi- automating packing, binding and moving. SOLUTION: This relates to a simple film packing and binding machine. At the bottom part in a roughly square frame main body 1, a mount 4 freely movable vertically by a lifter 3 is installed. A driving mechanism 5 for slanting the mount 4 is attached to the mount 4. On each top of both side walls of the frame main body 1, a shaft 2 for hanging and catching a binding string is installed freely rotatively.
