Powder paint compositions

A thermosetting powder paint composition comprising: (A) a (meth)acrylic copolymer having glycidyl groups; (B) a polybasic carboxylic acid and/or polybasic carboxylic anhydride; and (C) particles having a core/shell structure each comprising a core having Tg of 20 DEG C. or below, the core being covered at least partially with a shell having Tg of 40 DEG C. or above, and said shell having no glycidyl group. The paint composition is excellent in weather resistance as well as in impact resistance and chipping resistance.
