PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely recover a card. SOLUTION: A card P inserted from a card insertion/ejection port 4 is carried in an arrow A direction by a driven roller 23 and processed through an antenna part 6a. The processed return card is carried in an arrow B direction by the driven roller 23 and returned to a user through the port 4. The recovered card is carried in the arrow A direction by a driving roller 18, reverted by 180 deg. by a reversed carrier means 33 and carried to a card ejection port 9.
