SOLUTION: Downstream a dehydrochloriding apparatus, a gas-liquid separating apparatus 1 is provided. The influx port 17 of a molten waste plastic 11 is provided at a position, at which a heat 14 is produced between the surface of the molten waste plastic 11 and the influx port 17, so as to drop the molten waste plastic 11 entraining a hydrogen chloride gas or the like 12 from the influx port 17. Thus, the hydrogen chloride gas or the like 12 rises and does not fall together with the molten waste plastic 11. The hydrogen chloride gas or the like 12 in the molten waste plastic 11 staying behind in a tank 6 rises to the surface layer of the molten waste plastic and then rises further. The hydrogen chloride gas or the like 12 is removed through a gas vent 9. The molten waste plastic 11 is kept warm under a molten state with a heating medium 19 arranged within the wall of the tank 6 with a double-framed structure. The molten waste plastic 11, from which the hydrogen chloride gas of the like 12 is separated through gas-liquid separation, is cut out by a constant amount with a constant amount cutting-out screw 10 through a discharging hole 7 at the bottom part of the tank 6 to a lower granulating device.</p>
