PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To receive dog dropping into a bag without fouling the road surface through simple operations, and bring them as they are so that they may be disposed as combustible dusts. SOLUTION: This first sheet 1 has a crease 11c for folding the sheet into double at the center of the sheet in parallel with the opposing short edges 11a and 11b, the adhesion parts 12a, 12b, 13a and 13b for adhering the inner face of the sheet at 1/4 length of the sheet from both edges of the crease toward the short edges along the long edges of the sheet, and other sheet adhesion part 14 parallel with the crease at almost center between the one short edge 11b and the crease 11c. The second sheet 2 is made of a material that is thinner and has less friction than the first sheet and has the length of about half of the first and the adhesion part 24 is provided at the middle between the edges 21a and 21b in parallel with the edges and adhered to the other sheet adhesion part in the first sheet.
