摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an aeration tube system fluidized bed furnace, reduced in the variability of the quality of products and utilizing the characteristics of a multi-chamber divided type fluidized bed furnace. SOLUTION: A first fluidized bed furnace 1 and a second fluidized bed furnace 2 are divided by partitioning plates 5, arranged in the vertical direction, into a multitude of chambers. A gas pipe 11 from a first heating furnace 3 for heating reaction gas to the lower part of the first fluidized bed furnace is installed and pipes are branched from the gas pipe 11 into respective divided chambers through a header 12 so as to have the shape of a grid while the grid shape pipes are provided with a multitude of gas ejecting nozzles. In the same manner, another gas pipe 11a from a second heating furnace 4 for heating reaction gas to the lower part of the second fluidized bed furnace is installed and pipes are branched from the gas pipe 11a to respective divided chambers through another header 12a so as to have the shape of a grid while the grid shape pipes are provided with a multitude of gas ejecting nozzles.
