PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely guide a puncture needle when performing ultrasonic puncturing. SOLUTION: This ultrasonic diagnostic apparatus includes data acquisition means 1, 10, 11 having a plurality of two-dimensionally aligned ultrasonic oscillators and acquiring the ultrasonic echo signals of ultrasonic beams transmitted from the ultrasonic oscillators, as the ultrasonic beams are three- dimensionally scanned within a subject; data analysis means 12, 14, 15, 19 for analyzing in real-time three-dimensional data about at least either one of information about a configuration within the subject or information about blood flow therein on the basis of the ultrasonic echo signals; ultrasonic image generation means 16, 19 for generating in real-time an image including at least either a two-dimensional tomogram or a three-dimensional projected image of an optional cross section within the subject on the basis of the three-dimensional data; and navigation means 4, 5, 17, 19, 20 for displaying information for navigating a puncture needle 100 toward a target within the subject on the basis of the image information. |
