PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent a high-frequency power from leaking by dividing a circuit that is arranged on a dielectric substrate where a high-frequency circuit is arranged with a metal wall, covering the upper part with a metal lid, and covering the upper surface of the metal wall with a small shielding metal piece inside the lid. SOLUTION: When high-frequency parts such as a coil for easily radiating high-frequency electronic waves are arranged, for example, at a cell 42, a high- frequency electronic wave leaks to the inside of other adjacent cells 41 and 43 if only a metal wall 2 and a lid 3 are used. Therefore, by shielding the cell 42 where a high-frequency power in that high-frequency parts such as a coil for easily radiating high-frequency electronic waves are arranged may leak with a small shielding metal piece 6 in advance and increasing the degree of shielding between the wall surfaces of the metal wall 2 that is adjacent to the cell 42, the leakage of high-frequency power to the adjacent cells 41 and 43 can be reduced or prevented. In this manner, the layout of a circuit on the substrate, an electric circuit, and the like need not be changed when the high-frequency power leaks on the high-frequency circuit of a dielectric substrate.
